Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your resumes, cover letters, application history, interview prep notes, and profile data will be erased. This cannot be recovered.

Option 1 — Delete from within the App

The fastest way to delete your account is directly through the Kaabil app:

  1. Open Kaabil on your device
  2. Tap your avatar or go to Profile
  3. Tap Settings (gear icon)
  4. Scroll down to Danger Zone
  5. Tap Delete Account
  6. Type DELETE in the confirmation field
  7. Tap Confirm Delete — your account is immediately queued for deletion
If You Can't Access the App

Option 2 — Request via Email

If you can no longer access your account, send us a deletion request by email:

  1. Email support@myind.ai from the address associated with your account
  2. Use the subject line: "Delete my Kaabil account"
  3. Include your registered email address in the body
  4. We will process your request and confirm deletion within 48 hours

What Gets Deleted

Account & Profile Email address, name, phone number, profile photo, and all account settings
All Resumes Master CV, all tailored resume versions, and generated PDF files
Cover Letters & Email Templates All generated cover letters and follow-up email drafts
Application Tracker All tracked job applications, statuses, notes, and follow-up dates
Interview Prep STAR story answers, practice session history, and coaching feedback
Analytics & Usage Data ATS scores, usage history, and any personalization data
Token Balance Any unused token credits — these are forfeited and non-refundable upon deletion

Before You Delete

Deletion Timeline

Immediate Your account is deactivated. You are signed out of all devices. You can no longer log in.

Within 48 hours Your profile, resumes, and all app data are permanently deleted from our active database.

Within 30 days All remaining data is purged from database backups. After this point, no personal data is retained.
4
Within 90 days Anonymized crash logs and analytics (which contain no personal identifiers) are cleared.
