These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Kaabil — the AI resume builder and career toolkit — provided by Kaabil ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Kaabil.
1. The Service
Kaabil is an AI-powered career toolkit that helps you tailor resumes to job descriptions, generate cover letters, prepare for interviews, and track job applications. The service is provided through mobile apps on iOS and Android, and is subject to change or discontinuation at any time with reasonable notice.
2. Account Requirements
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
- One account per person — accounts may not be shared or transferred
- You must provide accurate and current information when registering
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
3. Free Tier & Subscriptions
Kaabil offers a free tier with limited usage, and paid subscription tiers for additional features and higher limits.

One-time purchase. Everything in Pro plus 100 tokens auto-refill every month. No recurring charge.
- Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play and auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's subscription settings — not through the app
- Lifetime purchases are one-time payments with no expiration and no recurring charges
- Refunds are subject to Apple's or Google's refund policies — we cannot issue refunds directly
- Token credits do not carry over between billing periods (for subscription tiers)
4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Important: AI-generated resumes, cover letters, interview answers, and other content are tools to assist you — they are not a substitute for professional career advice. Review all AI output carefully before submitting to employers.
- We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, current, or suitable for any specific position
- Kaabil is not a recruitment agency and does not guarantee employment outcomes
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy of content you submit to employers

5. Your Content & Intellectual Property
You own your data. You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or store in Kaabil — including your master CV, resumes, cover letters, notes, and application data.
By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not use your content to train AI models.
We own the platform. Kaabil's brand, UI design, codebase, AI prompts, ATS scoring algorithms, and all platform features are our proprietary intellectual property.
6. Free AI Mode
Pro and Lifetime users may connect their own AI API key (e.g., a Google Gemini key) for AI processing. When using Free AI Mode:
- Your resume data and job descriptions are sent directly to your chosen AI provider
- Your chosen provider's terms of service and privacy policy apply to that data
- We are not responsible for how third-party AI providers handle, store, or process your data
- Your API key is stored encrypted on your device and never transmitted to our servers
7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Create resumes containing fabricated qualifications, experience, certifications, or other false information intended to deceive employers
- Use the service for spam, phishing, fraud, or any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Kaabil platform
- Share your account credentials or access with any other person
- Circumvent token limits or usage restrictions through technical means
- Violate any applicable laws, including data protection laws in your jurisdiction
8. Termination
We may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your access to the service ends and your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.
You may delete your account at any time from the app's Settings screen, or by visiting kaabil.myind.ai/delete. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.
9. Limitation of Liability
Kaabil is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- We are not liable for job outcomes, interview results, or employment decisions
- We are not liable for inaccuracies in AI-generated content
- We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or security incidents beyond our reasonable control
- Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
