When you tailor a resume or generate a cover letter, your resume text and the job description are sent to an AI language model for processing. This is necessary to provide the core functionality of the app.
Pro and Lifetime users who use Free AI Mode (connecting their own API key) send data directly to their chosen AI provider (e.g., Google Gemini) under that provider's terms of service. We do not use your resume data to train our own AI models.
Your data is stored on Supabase, hosted on AWS infrastructure in the EU region. All data is protected with:

All payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see, store, or have access to your payment card details. Subscription management and purchase verification is handled through RevenueCat.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion:
Kaabil is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us at support@myind.ai and we will delete it.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
